Abstract

A critical book review of Osagie Obasogie's book Blinded by Sight: Seeing Race through the Eyes of the Blind discussed its methodological, analytical, and theoretical choices whilst also analyzing its relevance in a contemporary setting.

Linda Träff Karlsson, Lund university

Linda Träff Karlsson is a second-year master’s student at Lund University in Sociology of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminology with a major in sociology from Lund University as well as taken courses in Crisis communication from Mittuniversitetet, Sundsvall/Östersund, Sweden, Ethnography from Lund University, Lund, Sweden and Law from Lund University, Lund, Sweden. Her academic interests lie mainly in access to justice, performing judicial impartiality, equality before the law and lay judges.
